Both male and female applicants must be over 18 years of age. Under aged applicants will not be able to obtain a business visa to Saudi Arabia. For applicants under 18 years old, they will require a government ministry of foreign affairs visa invitation.
Can my family travel with me on my business visa?
All travellers must have their own valid visa stamped in their passports to enter the country. Family members cannot travel unless they have their own visa in their passport.
What is the maximum validity of a Saudi Arabian Business Visa?
For UK passport holders, the maximum validity is 180 days. The validity will be mentioned on the Letter of Invitation.
Do I need to do medical test to get a visa to Saudi Arabia?
Medical testing is required only for Work and Residency visas. For business visa medical tests are not required.
What do I state under Project Manager on the business visa application form?
The name of any colleague aware of the applicant´s travel in Saudi Arabia. You could even just state your own name on the field.
What do I state under Travel Agent on the business visa application form?
The name of the airline the applicant intends to use. Even if your plans change there will be no issue caused as long as you will enter the country via air.

The airport or city via which you will enter Saudi Arabia. Although the Travel Agent (airline you intend to use) could be changed you must keep to the information you stated on the form and land in the same city.
Is the stated Proposed Departure date on the Saudi business visa application form binding?
No as it is a proposed departure date. If your planned dates change (and if within the visa´s validity) that will not cause an issue.
